Viktor Månsson, from SETSU RAMEN is back with us at Taproom. He has created a brand new menu especially for us featuring delightful new ramen recipes. Come and join us for an evening of flavour featuring local farmed ingredients, asian-inspired, as always!
Setsu Ramen will be in the kitchen on Fridays and Saturdays only. For the rest of our opening times we will have some easier dishes and snacks available, and of course our great selection of craft beers straight from the brewery.

We have just installed two new 4000 litre tanks! That means we have other tanks free to make lots of new beers for you to try. We will be doing a series of sour beers and experimenting with some new classic beer styles like lager and pils.
Our ideas always find their way to a glass in the Taproom. The freedom to create keeps us at the top of game, experimenting with flavour and finding the next best thing. Don’t miss out on the latest we have to offer…
